The hotel offers large, beautifully furnished rooms that are quiet, clean, and equipped with all the expected facilities. The adjoining restaurant, not owned by Mercure, limits occupancy to two people per room. The service, though friendly and helpful, lacked personalized interaction, feeling somewhat robotic. The location is close to all shopping amenities, fantastic, and seamlessly connects to the restaurant. Dining, with average quality, had limitations on certain days and times. Despite these drawbacks, I found the hotel's facilities satisfying and reasonably priced.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean, complete with a pleasant little balcony that added to the feel of luxury and relaxed comfort. The large bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the town.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, always there to assist promptly with any issue. They even went the extra mile to take my books back to the library, considering my circumstances. The delicious wood fire pizza and live music entertainment were the perfect way to unwind.
